‘Partnership between Emirates and Condor in codeshare agreement’

Emirates has recently announced a new partnership with German leisure carrier Condor, as part of a codeshare agreement set to begin in October 2024 pending government approvals. The agreement was signed by Emirates Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer Adnan Kazim and Peter Gerber, CEO of Condor, at the IATA Annual General Meeting in Dubai.

This collaboration will allow Emirates customers to access connections and expanded travel options on Condor-operated flights to popular leisure destinations in Europe and the Americas. In return, Condor will be able to place its marketing code on Emirates-operated flights, providing its customers with new travel options to destinations across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, and the Indian subcontinent.

This new partnership builds on the existing relationship between the two airlines, which includes a reciprocal interline agreement and a frequent flier program agreement. Emirates Skywards members will now be able to earn and redeem miles on all Condor-operated flights.

Adnan Kazim expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating that it will offer greater access and connection opportunities to unique destinations in the Emirates network for Condor’s customers. With the launch of Condor’s Berlin-Dubai route in October 2024, travelers can look forward to a seamless travel experience with enhanced connectivity and services.
