Careem, a prominent multi-service app in the region, has teamed up with RedBox, the largest parcel locker network in the MENA region. The partnership aims to provide a groundbreaking scheduled home delivery service for customers in Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Through Careem Express, the logistics division of Careem, customers can now opt to have their parcels delivered to a location of their choice within a designated one-hour time frame. This service marks the first of its kind in the Kingdom, offering swift delivery from lockers to homes. This collaboration with RedBox, which boasts a broad network of smart parcel lockers in over 50 cities in Saudi Arabia, is set to revolutionize package delivery for customers.
The official signing of this partnership took place at RedBox’s offices in Riyadh between Dr. Thamer Altuwaiyan, CEO of RedBox, and Amer Fakieh, Senior Commercial Manager at Careem.
Amer Fakieh expressed excitement about the partnership, emphasizing the convenience it will bring to customers in Saudi Arabia. He highlighted the seamless integration that allows for easy, contactless, and affordable delivery, meeting the evolving needs of modern-day consumers.

Moreover, the Careem Everything App offers a range of digital services in Saudi Arabia, including ride-hailing, car sharing, food delivery, and home cleaning. With a customer base exceeding 10 million in the Kingdom, the app also provides flexible economic opportunities to more than 70,000 Saudi nationals every month.
