“New Leadership Takes Charge of Revitalized ACI Motorsports Team”

ACI Motorsports is gearing up for a re-focused effort in SRO America competition this year. The team, based in Chattanooga, will be fielding a single Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport in Pirelli GT4 America, along with a second car in GT America powered by AWS.
After making its SRO America debut with a Porsche 911 GT3 R in Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS and entering multiple GT4 America races, ACI Motorsports has decided to scale back to a single effort centered around team owner/driver Curt Swearingin.
Swearingin will be participating in both GT4 America and GT America this season and will partner with Porsche North America Selected Driver Kay van Berlo in the two-driver, 60-minute races. This will be Van Berlo’s second consecutive season with the team.
Excited about the upcoming season, Van Berlo expressed his confidence in Swearingin’s progression as a driver and the team’s collective efforts, stating that they have made significant strides forward throughout last year and the winter.
Swearingin, on the other hand, noted that this will be his busiest season yet, with more track time than ever before. He emphasized the team’s motivation, determination, and unity, hoping that their hard work during the off-season will pay off and put them in a competitive position this season.
Both the GT4 America and GT America seasons are set to kick off this weekend at Sonoma Raceway, marking the beginning of what promises to be an exciting and challenging campaign for ACI Motorsports in the SRO series.
