DocuSign has recently announced a strategic acquisition of Lexion, a company specializing in AI-powered agreement management solutions. This move is in line with DocuSign’s commitment to providing Intelligent Agreement Management solutions to its customers, offering increased value, productivity, and simplicity.

The co-founders of Lexion, Gaurav Oberoi, Emad Elwany, and James Baird, will be joining DocuSign in senior roles within product and engineering. Gaurav will serve as VP of Product Management, Emad as VP of Engineering, and James as Principal Engineer. With a background in AI and contract management, the co-founders bring a wealth of expertise to DocuSign, having previously worked at tech giants like Amazon, Google, Meta, and Microsoft.
