Celebrate Mother’s Day at the Strength of a Woman Festival and Summit with Mary J. Blige

Mary J. Blige has announced the third annual Strength of a Woman Festival and Summit, coinciding with Women’s History Month. The event will take place in her hometown of New York City over Mother’s Day Weekend, from May 10 to May 12. The festival will include music, comedy, “female empowerment sessions,” speakers, and more.

Highlights of the event include a concert at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center featuring Mary J. Blige, 50 Cent, Jill Scott, Jadakiss, Muni Long, Lola Brooke, and Funk Flex. There will also be a comedy show with Tiffany Haddish, a jazz concert with Robert Glasper, a gospel brunch hosted by Mary J. Blige, and a gospel concert featuring The Clark Sisters.

A presale for tickets is currently available using the code STRENGTH, with general ticket sales starting on March 8 at 10 a.m. ET. Mary J.
