Bell Textron has recently appointed Abu Dhabi Aviation (ADA) as an authorized Bell Customer Service Facility (CSF). This partnership will allow ADA to provide service for Bell 212, Bell 412, and the Subaru Bell 412EPX commercial aircraft. These aircraft have the capacity to carry up to 5,385lbs internally in 220 cubic feet of cabin space, which can be utilized for various purposes such as food supplies, tools, field equipment, helicopter emergency medical services, or palletized gear.

Chris Schaefer, Vice President of Global Customer Solutions at Bell, stated, “Bell’s Global Customer Solutions network caters to all operator needs and enhances accessibility to top-notch maintenance and training.” ADA spokesperson also commented, “Bell’s quality customer and maintenance services have helped us achieve and maintain outstanding operational readiness on our Bell fleet.”

In addition to the service agreement, Bell is collaborating with the UAE operator to conduct a regional demonstration tour showcasing the Bell 412 platform, specifically the Subaru Bell 412EPX. This helicopter boasts an increased maximum internal weight of 12,200lbs, external weight of 13,000lbs, and the ability to carry up to 5,000lbs of goods with a cargo hook.

ADA, the largest commercial helicopter operator in the Middle East, operates 61 helicopters and four fixed-wing aircraft. With over 1 million flight hours accumulated on its Bell fleet, ADA has established itself as a reputable player in the aviation industry.
