Sales Begin for Luxury Condos by JDS Developers.

JDS Development Group, led by founder and CEO Michael Stern, is spearheading the launch of sales for a new luxury project in Brickell, Miami. The 67-story mixed-use tower, to be branded as Mercedes-Benz Places, will mark the German carmaker’s first North American condo project.

The development follows Mercedes-Benz’s debut in the residential real estate market with a similar project in Dubai earlier this year. JDS Development secured approval from the city of Miami in 2020 to construct the tower, making a commitment to contribute to the community by building an million firehouse and investing million in public benefits.

With construction already underway and expected to be completed in 2027, the project will offer 791 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom condos, with prices starting at 0,000. Serhant has been enlisted to lead sales and marketing efforts for the development.

In addition to the residential units, the tower is part of Stern’s larger 1 Southside Park project, which will feature a Treehouse hotel, office space, retail establishments, fitness facilities, and various amenities. The project will also include EV charging stations and a car fleet for residents.

The landscape design of Southside Park will be revamped by New York City-based Field Operations, adding to the overall appeal of the development. This project further solidifies the trend of luxury brands leaving their mark on South Florida’s condo market, with JDS also working on another branded project in Brickell with Dolce & Gabbana.

The new Mercedes-Benz tower is set to redefine luxury living in Miami, combining iconic design with high-end amenities and a prime location in the vibrant Brickell neighborhood.
