"Agreements reached in 2024 between BNP Paribas and Orange for Orange Bank"

Orange and BNP Paribas have finalized their exclusive negotiations that began in June 2023 by signing agreements to formalize their collaboration. One of the key agreements includes a referencing deal concerning the customer portfolio of Orange Bank in France.

Hello bank!, the mobile banking arm of BNP Paribas, will provide Orange Bank customers in France with an exclusive offer, featuring a simplified process and dedicated support to access its daily banking services and full range of solutions.

Additionally, Orange Bank and BNP Paribas Personal Finance, under the Cetelem brand, have also sealed a commercial agreement. This agreement will assist Orange Bank customers in Spain as they transition to Cetelem’s digital banking solutions throughout 2024.

This collaboration marks a significant step for both Orange and BNP Paribas in enhancing their offerings and providing seamless banking experiences to their customers across geographies.
