“Students at Two Mile Ash (TMA) School discover they can be whoever they choose to be”

TMA School, part of the Inspiring Futures through Learning (IFtL) multi-academy trust, has received an “Outstanding” grade from Ofsted following their inspection in February 2024. During a two-day visit to the school, Ofsted inspectors interacted with students, parents, senior leaders, subject leaders, staff, and members of the local governing body and IFtL.

In their report, inspectors highlighted that the staff at TMA School actively promote the development of students’ character, helping them become confident and compassionate individuals. They also commended the exceptional provision for personal development at the school. Additionally, inspectors noted the ambitious opportunities provided by the school, emphasizing the collaborative efforts of the leadership to ensure all students excel.

Headteacher Lucy Eldridge expressed her pride in the school community’s dedication and hard work, attributing their success to the collective effort of students, teachers, support staff, governors, and parents. Chair of the Local Governing Body, James Blackhurst, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the vital role of the school staff in achieving such recognition from Ofsted.
