‘Sheikh Mohammed Establishes Dubai Council’

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has announced the formation of the Dubai Council to shape and advance the emirate’s future development plans.
