‘Saks Partners with Stella McCartney for Exclusive Eveningwear Collection’

Saks Fifth Avenue and Stella McCartney have joined forces to introduce an exclusive eveningwear capsule collection in honor of this year’s Met Gala. The limited-edition line, known as “Stellabration,” features iconic red carpet dresses from McCartney’s archives, recreated in midnight hues with crystal-embellished vegan accessories like the Falabella bag and Elsa kitten heels.

Tracy Margolies, Chief Merchandising Officer at Saks Inc., expressed excitement about the collaboration, calling it a celebration of luxury fashion perfectly timed for the red carpet season. Stella McCartney herself shared her emotions about seeing her famous red carpet gowns and accessories reimagined for this special collection, emphasizing the timelessness and sustainability of fashion.

In line with McCartney’s sustainable ethos, all pieces in the collection are handmade using innovative cruelty-free alternatives. The capsule includes a range of stunning looks, from high-necked column dresses in crystal mesh to figure-hugging gowns in forest-friendly viscose cady.

To showcase the collection, Saks Fifth Avenue’s flagship store in New York has dedicated its windows to the Stellabration line, featuring visual installations on the main and third floors until May 18. Additionally, a private event was held in New York to celebrate the launch of the collaboration.

The Stellabration capsule will be available for purchase on Saks.com and select Saks Fifth Avenue stores starting Monday. Customers can expect to find a variety of exquisite pieces, including crystal-embellished accessories and elegant gowns that embody McCartney’s sustainable and luxurious vision.
