Following the success of their previous campaign in November 17th, Aldar is now promoting their newest development, ‘Athlon,’ with billboards proudly proclaiming it as “Dubai’s first active living community.”

Athlon is a meticulously designed concept that incorporates principles of active living into every aspect of its design. It is Dubai’s first community specifically tailored to cater to the everyday movement of its residents, offering world-class amenities and a dynamic program of activities curated by wellness experts. Developed in collaboration with Dubai Holding, a globally diversified investment company with investments in 31 countries, Athlon represents the second groundbreaking residential project in Dubai for this joint venture. It follows the success of their previous project, Haven by Aldar, launched in late 2023.
