Resort Introduces ‘OverGlow’ – A Collaboration Exhibit with Artown

J Resort in Reno, Nevada, has announced an exciting partnership with Artown to curate an art collection for the annual art appreciation event. The exhibit, titled “OverGlow,” will feature artwork from local artists displayed on J Resort’s impressive 65 by 65 foot digital art wall. This collaboration aims to illuminate the Reno skyline and showcase the vibrant local arts scene.

Currently, J Resort and Artown are seeking artists from the Reno-Tahoe region to participate in this digital video art exhibition. Selected artists will have the opportunity to create new artwork to be showcased at an official Artown event on July 26, 2024.

This project highlights J Resort’s dedication to supporting Reno’s artistic community and is open to all artists in the region who work or reside there. Artists who use various digital art forms are encouraged to apply for the chance to have their work featured in the exhibition.

The timeline for this project is as follows:

– April 22: Application deadline
– May 1: Artists are notified
– June 26: Final art pieces must be submitted
