Plans for a shopping mall in Dubai with a focus on electric car driving experience.

Dubai is once again making headlines in the world of luxury with plans to construct a groundbreaking shopping mall where visitors will be able to navigate in their own vehicles. This innovative project was unveiled by Mohammed Alabbar, the visionary founder of Emaar and Noon companies, during the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival (SEF) 2024.

The design of this new mall in Dubai Creek Harbor is nothing short of spectacular, offering a unique experience for customers who will have the opportunity to drive through it in their electric cars. Alabbar explained that while the concept may seem out of the ordinary, it was inspired by ideas from others in the industry.

In addition to this exciting venture, Emaar is also aiming to redefine the skyline with plans for a one-kilometer-high tower that will stand tall in the city. Alabbar hinted at the tower’s elegance, comparing it to the iconic Marilyn Monroe. Despite being slightly shorter than the Burj Khalifa, the new tower is expected to leave a lasting impression on Dubai’s architecture.

With construction set to begin soon, the new tower is anticipated to be a key feature of the evolving cityscape. Spanning over six million square meters, the development is set to become the ‘new downtown’, adding to Dubai’s reputation as a hub for innovation and luxury. Keep an eye out for the unveiling of this ‘female’ version of the Burj Khalifa in the coming months as Dubai continues to set new standards in the world of luxury.
