Opportunities Available for Women in Science and Women of Worth Programs

L’Oréal is seeking applicants for their two female empowerment programs aimed at supporting women in science and non-profit leadership roles.

The L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science program is now accepting applications for its regional and national Young Talents Programmes, which aim to support young women researchers worldwide. Women at the doctoral and/or post-doctoral level are encouraged to apply. Applications are currently open in several regions including France, Czechia, Sub-Saharan Africa, Slovakia, the Middle East, Levant, Tükiye, and Egypt.

On the other hand, the Women of Worth program, now in its 19th year, will grant ,000 to each honoree to help further their charitable causes. Female philanthropists can be nominated to L’Oréal Paris to be considered as one of the ten honorees inducted into this year’s Women of Worth Class. Those selected will receive mentorship, funding, and a national platform to showcase their stories and grow their organizations. Nominations for the Women of Worth program close on March 8, 2024.
