Masterise Homes has reached a significant milestone in the completion of the Marina Central Tower, a 55-story landmark located in the heart of District 1 in HCMC. The topping-out ceremony celebrated the completion of the structural framework, marking the culmination of three million man-hours dedicated to transforming this historically significant site into a vibrant riverside square.

Situated within the Grand Marina, Saigon masterplan, Marina Central Tower is part of the world’s largest Marriott-branded residence project. This iconic tower overlooks the Saigon River and stands out with its 55 stories and five basement levels, adding to the city’s skyline alongside the nearby Marriott and JW Marriott residential towers.

With over 106,000 square meters of commercial space, including 87,000 square meters of Grade A office space, Marina Central Tower is set to become one of the city’s largest commercial buildings. The tower is also aiming for LEED Gold certification, showcasing its commitment to sustainability.

Offering unparalleled connectivity with direct access to the Ba Son metro station, Marina Central Tower is poised to be the first and only Transit-Oriented office building in Vietnam, according to Avison Young Vietnam. The tower will serve as an ideal hub for large corporations and multinational firms, providing premium office spaces, high-end retail, and entertainment options.
