‘New Partnership to Introduce W Hotels to Riyadh by Marriott International’

Marriott International, Inc. and King Abdullah Financial District Development & Management Company (KAFD DMC) have recently announced the signing of an agreement to open a new W Hotels property within KAFD in Riyadh. The new W Riyadh is set to open its doors in 2025 and will offer a luxurious urban escape in the heart of the capital city.

With 210 luxury guest rooms and suites, seven restaurants, retail space, and extensive event and meeting facilities, W Riyadh is poised to become an iconic hospitality landmark in Riyadh. The hotel will feature signature brand spaces such as the Living Room, WET Deck®, AWAY® Spa, and FIT® fitness center, along with the renowned Whatever/Whenever service.

Chadi Hauch, Regional Vice President, Lodging Development, Middle East, Marriott International, highlighted the increasing demand for luxury brands in Riyadh and expressed excitement about bringing the W Hotels experience to the city. The strategic partnership with KAFD DMC aligns with KAFD’s vision to enhance its lifestyle offerings and attract both business and leisure travelers with elevated luxury and hospitality options.
