‘New Chefs Unveiled by Hotel Chain’

Park Inn by Radisson has appointed two culinary experts to lead its gastronomic efforts in Bacolod and Iloilo. Chef Rufino “Fines” Dungca Jr. has been named the Executive Chef at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod, while Chef Diego Trillana is the new Executive Sous Chef at Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo.

Chef Fines brings over twenty years of culinary experience to his role, with a background that includes working at luxury resorts in Abu Dhabi and hotels in Manila. He is known for his skills in pre-opening operations and menu creation, and his most recent position at Jumeirah Al Wathba Desert Resort & Spa in Abu Dhabi solidifies his reputation as a culinary leader. Chef Fines will oversee all culinary operations at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod, including catering services at SMX Convention Center Bacolod.

On the other hand, Chef Diego Trillana Jr. brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to culinary excellence to his role at Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo. His background includes working in establishments in Boracay and Manila, and he previously served as the Sous Chef at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod. Chef Diego is dedicated to preserving and innovating Ilonggo culinary traditions, and his leadership promises to elevate Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo’s culinary offerings.
