New chefs at Park Inn in Bacolod and Iloilo elevate culinary offerings

Park Inn by Radisson is pleased to announce the appointment of two culinary experts to lead its gastronomic efforts in Bacolod and Iloilo.

Chef Rufino “Fines” Dungca Jr. has been named Executive Chef at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod, bringing with him over two decades of culinary experience. Chef Fines has worked in luxury resorts in Abu Dhabi and esteemed hotels in Manila, most recently serving as the Head Chef at Jumeirah Al Wathba Desert Resort & Spa in Abu Dhabi. Known for his menu creation, recipe design, and kitchen management skills, Chef Fines is excited to bring his passion for authentic flavors and impeccable service to Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod.

On the other hand, Chef Diego Trillana Jr. has been appointed as Executive Sous Chef at Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo. With a background in notable establishments in Boracay and Manila, Chef Diego’s expertise in Filipino cuisine and commitment to culinary excellence make him a valuable addition to the team. His dedication to preserving and innovating Ilonggo culinary traditions aligns perfectly with Iloilo’s UNESCO City of Gastronomy status.
