With colleagues available on Monday through Thursday, customers can access a range of services including help with digital banking, financial reviews, balance checks, transfers, and bill payments.

The launch of Barclays Local in Rayleigh is part of the bank’s commitment to providing customers with more flexible ways to interact physically. With over 350 Barclays Locals established across the country in community locations like town halls and community centers, customers have the option to make appointments or walk in to speak with Barclays colleagues. Additionally, a fleet of Barclays vans travel to more remote areas to provide support.
