Mohamed Nour Unveils Fresh Pro-Palestinian “Hurra” Collection

Renowned Egyptian designer Mohamed Nour showcased his latest collection from his brand “Hurra” (Free) at the historic Dar el Darb heritage site in Citadel Saladin. The collection, consisting of 65 pieces, draws inspiration from Palestine and the Palestinian theme.

Featuring designs in both white and black colors, the collection includes a variety of prints, from the traditional Palestinian Kufiya pattern to a mix of colors with shades of grey. Nour utilized fabrics like crêpe, silk, and taffeta to create elegant and flowing designs.

The collection caters to men and women of all shapes and styles, offering a range from casual to Ramadan styles. Prior to the runway show, female harp artists performed a musical piece of Palestinian and Egyptian heritage, including Sayed Darwish Palestine songs. A Mawlawiyya dance segment added to the cultural showcase during the event.

The fashion show, directed by fashion expert Ghadir Alagabany, featured over 25 Arab, foreign, and Egyptian models. The event attracted a diverse audience, including public figures, bloggers, artists, and residents from Egypt, Arab countries, and beyond. Visitors from Saudi Arabia and the UAE also attended to purchase the new “Hurra” collection.

The collection will be available for purchase on the designer’s website, catering to fashion enthusiasts looking for unique and elegant pieces.
