‘Madayn and Sadad Gateway agree on electronic payment services partnership’

Madayn, Sadad Gateway Sign Agreement to Enhance Electronic Payment Services in Oman

Madayn, Oman’s Public Establishment for Industrial Estates, has partnered with Sadad Electronic Payment Gateway to introduce electronic payment services for investors and business owners in the country. The agreement, signed during the Comex Global Technology Show 2024, aims to provide seamless access to Sadad Gateway’s payment platform for secure and efficient transactions within Oman.

Under this collaboration, self-service payment machines will be installed at Masar Service Centres in various industrial cities managed by Madayn. These services, including payment kiosks and mobile applications, will offer users convenient and secure payment options, improving their overall experience with Madayn.

The agreement, signed by Khalid bin Sulaiman Al Salehi from Madayn and Eng Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al Hosni from Sadad Gateway, aims to enhance efficiency and productivity. By introducing self-service payment machines and digital payment systems, the partnership aims to streamline payment processes, reduce the need for physical transactions, and support the digital transformation of the industrial sector in Oman.

Moreover, the partnership includes training national cadres in maintaining electronic payment machines, money collection, and FinTech software. It also provides maintenance opportunities for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), promoting advanced technologies and electronic payment systems to align with global trends and enhance customer satisfaction in the sultanate.
