Love Songs Absent at the Southwark Playhouse Elephant

Dundee Rep has announced that their hit musical, No Love Songs, will be transferring to London’s Southwark Playhouse Elephant from June 4th to June 15th, 2024, following an acclaimed run at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

No Love Songs, co-written by Kyle Falconer from The View and Laura Wilde, features hits from Kyle’s solo album, No Love Songs For Laura. The production, directed by Dundee Rep’s Artistic Director Andrew Panton and Associate Director Tashi Gore, tells the story of love and new parenthood, exploring the topic of post-natal depression. The musical follows Lana and Jessie as they navigate the challenges of parenthood.

Kyle Falconer and Laura Wilde expressed their excitement about bringing No Love Songs to a wider audience in London, stating that they are looking forward to the audience feedback.

Andrew Panton, Dundee Rep’s Artistic Director, is thrilled about the opportunity to showcase No Love Songs at Southwark Playhouse, following the success at the Edinburgh Festival. The production is set to tour internationally after its London run.
