Limited Edition Easter Hot Cross Buns Released by Ole & Steen

Ole & Steen, the all-day Danish bakery, is bringing a touch of hygge happiness to the UK this Spring with a selection of wholesome Easter treats and seasonal indulgences.

The bakery is kicking off the springtime fun with the launch of the limited edition ‘Easter Social.’ This special treat, available from March 26th to April 1st, features Ole & Steen’s iconic Cinnamon Social adorned with miniature chocolate eggs. Perfect for sharing with friends and family during the half-term break, or for indulging in solo.

In addition to the ‘Easter Social,’ Ole & Steen will also be offering classic Easter favorites like Hot Cross Buns, available in stores from March 12th. The bakery has updated the recipe for spring, enhancing the bun with candied peel, raisins, and a hint of cardamom. Customers can enjoy them warm with butter in-store or purchase pre-packed bundles of six.

Another seasonal favorite making a return is the Little Chicken Marshmallow Whip, available from March 19th. This delightful treat features a marzipan base filled with marshmallow and passionfruit ganache, covered in white chocolate and yellow coconut. A treat for both kids and adults alike.

All of these Easter goodies will be available in all Ole & Steen bakeries and can also be ordered for Click & Collect through the Ole & Steen app. For those unable to visit a bakery, Deliveroo offers delivery from all participating bakeries.
