‘Launch of Aurora Program 2024 – Introducing New Leaders!’

Rocket Software recently celebrated the launch of the fourth year of its Aurora Program, a development course tailored to empower women leaders in the organization. The program aims to build and strengthen their careers, enhance leadership styles, and practices. During the kick-off event, participants were welcomed by Addie Schwartz, CEO of reacHIRE, and Libby Hillenbrand, senior director of leadership development and DEI at Rocket Software.
