His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, presented the title of the first Hope Maker in the Arab world to Tala Al Khalil from Iraq. This distinction was awarded after receiving over 58,000 nominations for the fourth edition of Hope Makers.

The grand finale took place at the “Coca-Cola Arena” in Dubai, where the winner received a financial reward amounting to Dhs 1 million. Sheikh Mohammed ensured that all four “Hope Makers” were equally recognized during the ceremony.

The event was attended by prominent media, humanitarian, and cultural figures from the Arab world. The program featured an operetta called “The Arab Dream,” which celebrated the accomplishments of the Hope Makers through inspiring humanitarian stories.
