‘Innovative Real Estate Projects in 2024 focusing on Ecological Sustainability’

The Acres Real Estate Exhibition in Dubai, organized by Leader Events Management, is currently taking place at the Dubai World Trade Center and drawing in attendees with a display of the latest projects from developers in Dubai, the region, and beyond.

On its third day, the exhibition showcased more than 120 new projects, many of which focus on incorporating innovative environmental sustainability practices. These efforts align with the UAE government’s strategy to combat climate change and protect the environment, promoting the well-being of property owners.

Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of ACRES Dubai, emphasized the flourishing real estate sector in the UAE and its rapid growth in strengthening environmental protection initiatives. ACRES aims to support these efforts by providing a platform for companies and developers to showcase their sustainable projects and share expertise in the field. The exhibition also includes workshops and programs to educate visitors on sustainable living and the importance of investing in smart, sustainable cities.
