Innovations from SAP Digital Hub Receive Silver and Bronze Awards at 2024 Stevie® Awards
Three advanced AI-based tools utilized by SAP digital hubs have been recognized with silver and bronze awards at the prestigious 2024 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Among the winners were Enterprise GPT and digital launchpad, powered by Joule, which won silver in the Best Use of Technology in Sales category, and SAP Digital Value Discovery, which secured bronze for Value-Based Selling Techniques.
Digital customer engagement at SAP is driven by the digital hubs strategically positioned at 15 locations across six continents. These hubs house over 1,000 digitally skilled teams who leverage AI capabilities to deliver personalized and immersive engagements to customers worldwide.
According to Sam Masri, global head of Digital for Customer Success at SAP, the digital hubs successfully supported over 22,000 customer engagements last year, primarily through virtual channels. The adoption of various AI tools internally has significantly enhanced customer coverage and accelerated the execution of digital customer engagements.
Masri further emphasizes the organization’s commitment to integrating AI tools across all customer-facing roles within SAP. By automating administrative tasks and freeing up time for strategic activities, SAP aims to enhance customer satisfaction and address evolving business needs effectively. This approach enables SAP to engage with customers of all sizes and industries at a rapid pace, aligning with their specific business requirements and driving superior outcomes from cloud solutions.
The Stevie Awards, known for recognizing excellence in business achievements, evaluated over 2,300 nominations from organizations globally across various industries. The winners were selected based on the average scores provided by more than 200 professionals worldwide.
