‘Greeting for Ramadan extended by UAE leader’

The President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has extended his congratulations to mark the beginning of Ramadan, which started on Monday. The announcement of the start of the holy month was made by the UAE’s moon-sighting committee after the crescent moon was sighted on Sunday.

Sheikh Mohamed took to social media to express his well wishes, stating, “With the start of Ramadan, I extend my best wishes to all those observing the holy month. May this period of reflection and prayer bring us closer together and strengthen our bonds of unity and compassion. I wish you a blessed Ramadan filled with peace, harmony, and spiritual growth.”

Similarly, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, also sent messages to mark the beginning of Ramadan.

Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members, Rulers of the Emirates and the Ruler’s Representatives in Al Ain and Al Dhafra congratulated President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the arrival of Ramadan, wishing him a month full of goodness and blessings. UAE leaders also extended their congratulations to the Kings, Emirs, and Presidents of Arab and Islamic nations on the occasion of the start of the Holy Month of Ramadan.
