‘Grand Theatre in Ontario Partners with True Tickets’

True Tickets, a digital ticket delivery platform, has recently announced a partnership with the Grand Theatre in London, Ontario. This collaboration marks True Tickets’ third partnership in Canada and the first in Ontario.

The integration of True Tickets’ platform into the Grand Theatre’s existing systems will enable digital ticketing validation with personalized customer data. Additionally, the Grand Theatre will have access to True Tickets analytics, enhancing their ticketing operations.

Established in 1901, the Grand Theatre has a seating capacity of 839 and runs a regular season from September to May. The venue also includes the Auburn Theatre, with a capacity of 150, located on the lower floor.
