Two Families Welcomed New Additions on Eid Al Fitr in UAE

A private hospital in Abu Dhabi celebrated the arrival of two precious babies born on Eid Al Fitr. The first baby, Umair, was born to Sultan Amer Salem Alshamsi, an Emirati national, and Rahma Hellab, a Moroccan national, at Burjeel Hospital in Abu Dhabi as the clock struck 12.01, marking the beginning of the festival celebrations. Weighing 2.89 kg, Baby Umair brought immense joy and happiness to his family and the hospital staff.

The proud parents expressed their gratitude for the safe arrival of their second baby, calling this Eid a truly blessed time. Alshamsi, the father, expressed his joy and thanked the hospital staff for their exceptional care during this special moment.

Dr Khaled Omar, a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology at Burjeel Hospital, extended warm congratulations to the Alshamsi family and wished them all the happiness with their newborn. He also sent Eid greetings to all the hospital’s patients.

In another part of the city, a Filipino couple welcomed their first child at a private hospital in Abu Dhabi at 1.49 am. Richie Santillan and Lucia Paz Ambubuyog became parents to baby boy Quillian Santillan, weighing 2.65 kg, at NMC Royal Women’s Hospital. Dr Anselma Ferrao, the consultant in charge, ensured a safe delivery for the new parents.

Lucia, the proud mother, expressed her joy and gratitude towards the medical team, describing them as calm and professional during the birth of her first child. The hospital staff joined in the celebrations, spreading happiness and warmth during this special time.
