Federal government employees in UAE to have Eid Al Adha holidays announced

Federal government employees will have a four-day holiday for Arafat Day and Eid Al Adha starting from Saturday, June 15, and ending on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Work will resume on Wednesday, June 19, according to a circular issued by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) to all ministries and federal entities.

The circular was issued in accordance with the Cabinet Resolution on the approved 2024 public holiday calendar for both the public and private sectors. This announcement will give employees in the federal government time to celebrate and observe these important religious holidays.
