Exploring Nazcaa and Dubai through a Global Lens

Nazcaa, a unique Nikkei gastronomy restaurant located on the 12th floor of the Address Fountain Views Hotel in Dubai, offers a fusion of Peruvian and Japanese flavors. Designed by Habitat Architects and executed by Znera Space, Nazcaa draws inspiration from the Nazca Lines in southern Peru.

The restaurant’s interior intricately weaves the Nazca Lines into every facet of its design. Divided into cozy areas that open to a bar and an outdoor space with stunning views of downtown Dubai, the colors, shapes, and materials used evoke Peruvian culture with Japanese design principles. Earthy shades of sandy beige, rich cocoa, and spicy mustard dominate the space, reflecting the desert landscape.

The ceiling design at Nazcaa features floating glass crystal doves, symbolizing nature within the restaurant. The marble floor is an abstract representation of the geoglyphs, while brown sandy wooden flooring and desert plants anchor the outdoor area, providing uninterrupted views of the city.

Overall, Nazcaa offers a unique dining experience that combines exquisite cuisine with a visually stunning atmosphere.
