Experience the Ultimate Robata Grill at Roka Dubai

Roka Dubai, known for its exquisite contemporary Japanese robatayaki cuisine, is launching a new Omakase night offer. Starting April 14th, guests can enjoy this unique culinary experience every Sunday and Monday from 6pm to 10pm. The exclusive event will take place at the intimate Robata counter, which boasts only 15 seats, offering diners a special journey through the rich tradition of Japanese cuisine.

Head chef Hyukbin Kwon will lead the culinary adventure, combining signature dishes with innovative flavors. The menu features a variety of chicken, beef, and lamb selections, such as chicken skewers with spring onion, chicken breast with burnt shishitou, angus beef rump skewers with shiso and wasabi chimchuri, lamb cutlets with Korean spices, and sweetcorn ribs served with binchotan butter and corn sobacha salt. To end on a sweet note, guests can indulge in a selection of sorbets and ice cream flavors.

Priced at AED 250 per person, the Omakase night menu promises to delight and satisfy your taste buds.

In addition to the new offer, Roka is celebrating its 20th anniversary since its inception in London’s Charlotte Street. To mark this milestone, Roka presents its “Roka 20 Specials” exclusive menu, featuring beloved dishes from the past two decades. From April to June, guests can enjoy delicacies like scallop sashimi with pickled cucumber, fried baby monkfish with shiso and umeboshi, grilled baby chicken with sancho soya dressing, seared beef striploin with black truffle dressing and miso crisp, and black sesame mochi ice cream served with cherry blossom macaroons.
