‘Exciting additions to Glastonbury Festival in 2024 with new stages at The Park’
Glastonbury Festival has revealed exciting updates for its 2024 edition, introducing two new venues at The Park. The Wishing Well and Scissors will take the place of The Rabbit Hole, offering attendees a whole new experience filled with creativity and exhilaration.
The retirement of The Rabbit Hole after 17 years will make way for The Wishing Well, described as a space to ignite desires and unfurl wishes. Festival-goers can expect to re-awaken their inspiration and dive into a world where dreams come alive. On the other hand, Scissors is presented as a “queer wonderland” where unexpected and delightful experiences take place. Activities at this venue include haircuts, daily talks featuring Sophie Ellis-Bextor, pool games at the bar, and movie screenings at the “Flick Shack.”
With an impressive lineup of artists scheduled to perform at the new venues, including Daniel Avery, Erol Alkan, and Beans On Toast, visitors can look forward to a diverse and entertaining program. The Park’s main stage will also feature Fontaines D.C, Peggy Gou, and London Grammar, adding to the already stacked list of performances.
Excitement is building for Glastonbury 2024 as new venues and acts are announced, promising attendees an unforgettable and immersive experience.
