Hermes 5 Enhances Cargo Management Solutions for Etihad Airport Services Cargo in Abu Dhabi

Etihad Airport Services Cargo in Abu Dhabi has recently implemented Hermes 5, a key component of the Hermes Ecosystem, which offers pay-as-you-go cargo management solutions including Business Intelligence, Track & Trace, and Learning Management. The collaboration between the Hermes and Etihad teams, both on and offsite, has minimized downtime at the Abu Dhabi hub during the upgrade, ensuring service stability post-switch-over.

With the renewal of the contract, Etihad will also benefit from the Hermes Business Intelligence add-on. Yuval Baruch, CEO of Hermes Logistics Technologies, expressed satisfaction with the successful implementation of Hermes 5 on-premises in Abu Dhabi, highlighting the close collaboration between the teams since 2015. Naresh Ranganathan, Acting Vice President of Etihad Airport Services Cargo, also praised the upgrade to Hermes 5, noting that the process was completed ahead of schedule, minimizing downtime and enabling the seamless resumption of normal business operations.
