“Electric supercar to be produced by W Motors with advanced technology”

Dubai-based car manufacturer, W Motors, gained recognition in the last decade for creating a supercar that surpassed the price of a Bugatti, complete with diamond-studded headlights. However, the company has since diversified its offerings to include light commercial vehicles, some of which are powered by electric motors.

Now, W Motors is gearing up to return to its supercar roots with an electric powertrain, developed in collaboration with Everrati, a British company specializing in converting classic cars into electric vehicles. Everrati is known for its 800-horsepower electric powertrain. W Motors’ previous supercars, the Lykan Hypersport and Lykan Supersport, boasted impressive performance using twin-turbocharged flat-6 engines from Ruf.

While the timing for the launch of the electric supercar has not been disclosed, plans for the vehicle were revealed recently as part of a broader partnership announcement between W Motors and Everrati. This partnership will involve the supply of Everrati’s electric powertrain technology for other W Motors models, potentially including the Ghiath SUV used by Dubai’s police force and security firms.

In addition, W Motors will serve as Everrati’s manufacturing partner in West Asia, overseeing production of Everrati products at a new facility in Dubai. An R&D center for Everrati will also be established at the W Motors plant. Furthermore, W Motors is collaborating with partners to establish an electric vehicle plant in Jordan, with the support of Jordan’s Manaseer Group, to produce both commercial and passenger vehicles.
