Designed by Woods Bagot and WSP Middle East, this iconic skyscraper will soar to an impressive height of 517 metres, surpassing the Central Park Tower in New York City. Featuring 251 ultra-luxurious units spread across 122 floors, this tower will redefine luxury urban living.

The interior design of Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, created by Mitchell & Eades, will blend sophistication and grace, offering residents a mix of regular residences and extravagant multi-story “sky mansions.” These sky mansions, with up to 14,102 square feet and five bedrooms, will provide unparalleled comfort, style, and breathtaking city views.

In addition to its stunning design, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina will prioritize resident wellness and lifestyle amenities. The skyscraper will feature state-of-the-art exercise centers, longevity zones, virtual cycling studios, infinity pools, wellness clinics, and cardio and strength gyms, taking residential health and wellness to new heights.

Despite facing challenges, such as the global financial crisis that halted construction in 2007, the development of Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is back on track. Select Group recently invested 0 million to acquire the unfinished structure, and the project is now estimated to be 25% complete by late 2028.
