Hilton and NABNI Developments have recently unveiled plans for the Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Downtown, scheduled to be completed by 2028. This exclusive development will mark the first standalone Waldorf Astoria residential address outside of the United States, enhancing the brand’s presence on a global scale.

The partnership between NABNI Developments and Hilton was officially initiated with a signing ceremony in Downtown Dubai, attended by key representatives from both organizations. Abdulrahman Alsuwaidi, co-founder and chairman of NABNI Developments, Badr Alsuwaidi, co-founder and CEO of NABNI Developments, and Daniel Wakeling, vice president of development for luxury & residential in Europe and Africa at Hilton, were among the distinguished attendees.

Abdulrahman Alsuwaidi expressed his anticipation for introducing the renowned sophistication of Waldorf Astoria to the UAE, aiming to establish a new standard of luxury living in Dubai. He emphasized the cultural legacy of innovation and excellence that Dubai represents, stating that Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Downtown will embody this ethos and offer an unparalleled luxury residential lifestyle.

Located on a 1.5-acre plot in Downtown Dubai, The Residences will feature a harmonious blend of design by Carlos Ott Architects and interiors by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), a renowned hospitality design firm. Managed by Waldorf Astoria, the development will provide top-of-the-line amenities and services for contemporary residents seeking a luxurious living experience.
