‘DMC introduces #RamadaninDubai initiative’
Dubai Media Council Launches #RamadaninDubai Campaign
Dubai Media Council (DMC) has introduced the #RamadaninDubai campaign under the guidance of Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the DMC. This initiative marks a significant collaboration between the public and private sectors to commemorate the Holy Month as a unified community.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed conveyed his heartfelt wishes to the UAE leadership and the community in light of the Holy Month of Ramadan. The #RamadaninDubai campaign aims to immerse the community in the unique spirit, beauty, and warmth of Ramadan, showcasing the rich cultural heritage and traditions that define the celebrations during this sacred period in the UAE.
Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office (GDMO), has been entrusted by Dubai Media Council to oversee the execution of the campaign. The Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai has been designated as a Strategic Partner, with various other organizations such as the Department of Economy and Tourism, EMAAR, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Police joining as partners to support the initiative.
By consolidating Ramadan festivities organized by different entities in Dubai under one cohesive campaign, the goal is to create a memorable experience for the community while aligning with Dubai’s vision to establish itself as a leading city globally. Ultimately, the #RamadaninDubai campaign seeks to enhance Dubai’s reputation as a top city to live, work, and visit, embracing its cultural diversity and traditions.
