Discussion between UAE and Paraguay on relations and regional developments
President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan recently engaged in discussions with Paraguay’s Santiago Peña over bilateral relations and regional developments during a phone call. The focus of their conversation was on areas such as development, the economy, trade, renewable energy, and food security to support the sustainable growth and prosperity of both nations.
Both leaders expressed their commitment to strengthening UAE-Paraguay relations and exploring opportunities for collaboration to further their mutual interests. Sheikh Mohamed emphasized the UAE’s dedication to expanding economic and developmental partnerships globally to benefit all nations and their people.
In addition to bilateral matters, the leaders also touched upon the escalating humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip. They discussed the importance of international action to address the crisis and emphasized the need for a comprehensive, just, and lasting peace in the Middle East based on a two-state solution to ensure regional security and stability.
