Completion of project at prominent bn development on Jubail Island

Work on the Nad Al Dhabi Village in Jubail Island, a billion project in the heart of Abu Dhabi, has been successfully completed by Real Estate Developer. This important milestone signifies that the island’s development is progressing according to schedule and aligns with Abu Dhabi’s urban development plans.

Owned by Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) and developed and managed by Real Estate Developer, Jubail Island will feature six residential villages nestled within the beautiful natural surroundings and diverse wildlife of the mangroves. This low-density, sustainable community will provide residents with luxury amenities and a focus on wellness, becoming a prominent addition to Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.

Nad Al Dhabi Village has already handed over 44 residential units to the first group of homeowners, with some already settled in. Real Estate Developer plans to continue handing over units to homeowners on a monthly basis, ensuring a smooth and efficient move-in process with personalized care.

Engineer Abdulla Saeed Al Shamsi, Corporate Director at JIIC, expressed excitement over reaching this milestone and praised the dedication of the team, consultants, and contractors in delivering high-quality construction. He emphasized the commitment to excellence in meeting homeowners’ expectations.

The completion of the handover marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Jubail Island, which recently unveiled the exclusive waterfront hideaway, Bada Al Jubail. Additionally, Real Estate Developer has started handing over land plot title deeds to owners, with many already beginning construction on their waterfront villas.

Infrastructure work on the island was also completed in 2023, setting the stage for the continued development and growth of Jubail Island as a premier community in Abu Dhabi.
