Company hires agency to overhaul online and digital strategy

Mental health charity Mind has enlisted the expertise of a new tech and digital experience agency to enhance the charity’s website initiatives. CTI Digital will collaborate with Mind’s digital team to implement a comprehensive strategy that includes user research, user experience design, and the development of Mind’s online presence.

The partnership will begin with CTI Digital working on Mind’s existing website, with plans to upgrade to Umbraco 13 and the Azure hosting environments in the future. A crucial factor in CTI’s selection was their commitment to ensuring 99.9% uptime, essential for the critical services Mind offers to those in need of support.

Beyond website maintenance, CTI Digital will actively contribute to Mind’s development roadmap by providing technical SEO, data analytics, development, and DevOps support, showcasing the agency’s diverse capabilities.

Dominic Wilkinson, Mind’s digital platforms manager, expressed his satisfaction with the collaboration, stating that CTI Digital’s hosting and support services have enabled Mind to maintain business as usual and implement new features quickly.

CEO of CTI Digital, Chris Woodward, emphasized the agency’s dedication to supporting Mind’s mission to address mental health challenges through its website. The collaboration reflects CTI Digital’s commitment to assisting Mind in ensuring that individuals do not face mental health struggles alone.

Established in 2003 by Nick Rhind, CTI Digital also serves clients such as the Arts Council, Durham University, Department of Health & Social Care, London Transport Museum, and Merlin Entertainments.

By partnering with CTI Digital, Mind aims to enhance its digital presence and better support individuals struggling with mental health issues.
