CEO departs from LBM Advantage

After serving for 16 years at IBM in various roles such as division controller, Sallah joined ENAP where he led significant changes within the co-op. During his tenure, the organization merged with PAL (Progressive Affiliated Lumbermen) in 2016 and rebranded as LBM Advantage. Subsequently, in 2017, LBM Advantage further expanded through a merger with Independent Builders Supply Association (IBSA).

As of now, LBM Advantage boasts approximately 525 dealer members and operates across 1,400 lumberyard locations in 46 states. Sallah highlighted the successful recruitment efforts of the past year, welcoming 24 new members to the co-op. Looking ahead, he expressed plans to solidify LBM Advantage’s presence in all 50 states by the end of the year while supporting existing members in their growth endeavors.
