Bell signs contract for customer service facility with Abu Dhabi Aviation

Abu Dhabi Aviation, the largest commercial helicopter operator in the Middle East, has recently signed an Agreement with Bell to establish itself as an authorized Bell Customer Service Facility (CSF). This agreement will provide service for Bell 212, Bell 412, and the SUBARU Bell 412EPX commercial aircraft.

Both organizations are committed to delivering exceptional customer support and showcasing Bell’s aircraft to customers in the Middle East region. Chris Schaefer, Vice President of Global Customer Solutions at Bell, emphasized that the Global Customer Solutions network aims to meet all operator needs and enhance access to top-notch maintenance and training services.

An ADA representative expressed their satisfaction with Bell’s quality customer and maintenance services, which have contributed to excellent operational readiness on their Bell fleet. This new agreement solidifies their long-standing relationship and marks a significant milestone in their partnership.

The SUBARU Bell 412EPX, the latest upgrade in the renowned 412 aircraft series, boasts increased maximum internal and external weights, making it a versatile option for various cargo needs. Abu Dhabi Aviation’s Bell fleet, consisting of 61 helicopters and four fixed-wing aircraft, has accumulated over 1 million flight hours, showcasing the operator’s extensive experience and the reliability of Bell’s aircraft for medical evacuations, charter flights, and offshore support missions.
