Athens Digital Arts Festival Presents TECHNO(S)CENE

The Athens Digital Arts Festival celebrates 20 years of digital revolution with a special anniversary edition titled “TECHNO(S)CENE.” From May 16 to May 26, 2024, the Former Santaroza Courthouse and Justice Square will host this unique immersive experience in the heart of Athens.

ADAF 2024: TECHNO(S)CENE pays homage to the rich history of digital art while looking towards the future of digital culture. Artists, scientists, technologists, and intellectuals will come together to explore the impact of technology on our lives and the transformative power it holds in shaping perceptions, creative expressions, and our existence.

The Former Santaroza Courthouse, with its rich history as the National Printing House in the 19th century, will be transformed into a vibrant hub of creativity for the festival. Through impressive installations, special performances, screenings, talks, and tributes, artists will redefine the boundaries of human creativity and spark dialogue about the future of art, science, and society in the digital age.

With over 3,000 artistic proposals from 106 countries, the 20th Athens Digital Arts Festival promises a multimedia experience like no other, embodying innovation, creativity, and inclusivity.
