“Artura Spider: Price, Specifications, and Launch in the UAE”

McLaren has introduced its first hybrid convertible supercar, the Artura Spider, in the UAE. This groundbreaking vehicle was unveiled for the first time in the Middle East at an event held in Alserkal Avenue, Dubai.

The Artura Spider comes with a starting price of AED 1.2 million in the UAE. Customers have the option to customize and personalize their convertible supercar with a variety of safety, entertainment, and design features.

Under the hood, the Artura Spider is powered by a 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 petrol engine paired with an electric motor and a 7.4kWh battery pack. This plug-in hybrid powertrain is mated to an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, delivering impressive performance figures.

The supercar boasts a maximum power of 700hp, peak torque of 720Nm, and accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.0 seconds. It can reach a top speed of 330km/h and offers a pure EV range of 31km per charge.

In terms of design, the Artura Spider utilizes lightweight materials like carbon fibre to enhance agility and reduce weight. The retractable hard top can fold and unfold in just 15 seconds, even while driving at speeds up to 50km/h. The interiors feature premium materials like leather, Alcantara, and carbon fibre, creating a luxurious and sporty environment.

McLaren has equipped the Artura Spider with cutting-edge technology, including driver assistance, a 360-degree camera, high-definition audio, ambient lighting, and more. The supercar also comes with a comprehensive warranty and service package, ensuring peace of mind for customers.

In the UAE, the McLaren Artura Spider competes with rivals like the Ferrari 296 GTS, Maserati MC20 Cielo, Mercedes-AMG SL63 S E Performance, and Lamborghini Huracan Spyder. Among these competitors, only the SL63 and the 296 GTS are powered by a hybrid powertrain.
