KEZAD Group Partners with Sam Force Trading to Develop Community Retail Centers

In an exciting development for the Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD) community, KEZAD Group has entered into two land lease agreements with Sam Force Trading, a well-known developer and operator of real estate assets in Abu Dhabi. These agreements signify a significant move towards enhancing the retail infrastructure in KEZAD by introducing vibrant retail community centers.

Sam Force will be responsible for constructing and operating these community retail centers at two prime locations within KEZAD, catering to the diverse needs of residents and businesses in the area. The centers, located in Khalifa Industrial Area (KEZAD Al Ma’mourah) and ICAD (KEZAD Musaffah), will offer a range of commercial and retail options, including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and business centers. This diverse mix of amenities aims to enrich the lifestyle of the community and enhance core amenities available in the area.
