Wunderhorse Drops New Music for the First Time Since Debut Album in 2022

Wunderhorse has just released a new single titled ‘Midas,’ marking their first new music since their debut album ‘Cub’ in 2022. The track, which runs for only two minutes, packs a powerful punch and showcases the band’s growth since the success of ‘Cub.’ Lead singer Jacob Slater’s poignant lyrics are complemented by impassioned instrumentation, solidifying Wunderhorse’s unique sound that defies easy categorization.

‘Midas’ comes as Wunderhorse continues to ride the wave of success from ‘Cub,’ with their eclectic mix of sprawling psychedelic tunes and sharp grunge refrains captivating audiences worldwide. The band, which consists of Jacob Slater, guitarist Harry Fowler, drummer Jamie Staples, and bassist Peter Woodin, has evolved into a cohesive unit following an extensive tour in support of ‘Cub,’ leaving behind their solo beginnings.
