Guy Fieri’s new restaurant, Guy Fieri’s Trattoria, is set to open its doors to the public in Columbus early next month. The eatery, located inside El Dorado Scioto Downs at 6000 S. High St., will officially open on June 2.

The renowned chef himself, known as the mayor of Flavortown, will be present on May 30 for a VIP event that will also serve as the restaurant’s ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Guests can look forward to enjoying a menu featuring classic Italian American dishes such as spaghetti and meatballs, pizza, chicken parmigiana, a “68-layer homemade lasagna,” and more.

Fieri expressed his excitement about the new venture, stating, “Being from an Italian family, classic Italian American fare has always been part of my life, and I’m thrilled to bring those authentic flavors to Scioto Downs.”

Food enthusiasts and fans of Fieri can mark their calendars for the opening of Guy Fieri’s Trattoria for a culinary experience that promises to satisfy cravings for delicious Italian cuisine.
